However, please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. It is important to understand that shipping costs are non-refundable and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. When returning a product, it must be in its original factory configuration. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return. To avoid any complications, please ensure that all returned merchandise is accompanied by its original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
